Meet Nicole! A Warehouse Associate II who brings curiosity, heart, and a love of learning to the team. Inspired since childhood by the intelligence and playfulness of dolphins, Nicole channels that same spirit into her favorite pastimes—PC gaming, art, and music. She loves Rochester for its parks and diverse food culture, and at home she’s joined by Mia, her 10-year-old cat.

Nicole is the first in her family to graduate from college, and she’s full of memorable quirks—like being able to bend her knees backward. Her bucket list includes visiting national parks, owning a home and starting a family, and enjoying life’s journey. She’s passionate about helping pet owners in stressful moments, guided by her go-to advice that knowledge is a tool belt: the more tools you have, the better prepared you are. With a love for Your Name, a soft spot for the Fourth of July, and purple as her signature color, Nicole brings warmth, creativity, and quiet determination to Pride Plumbing.
