Our On-Time Service Guarantee
Our plumbers value punctuality and your time which is why we have an on-time service guarantee. If we don’t arrive by the time we said we would, you’ll receive $50 off the final price of service.
In addition to this promise, we also guarantee:
Your technician will always call 30 minutes prior to arrival
You will have the option to receive an email with a photo and bio of your assigned technician for the job
Our Same-Day Service Completion Guarantee
At Pride Plumbing of Rochester, we are confident that we have the tools, parts, and materials on our truck that will allow us to efficiently complete the job the same day without ever leaving your home. If we don’t have something on our truck, we are sure to have it at our warehouse and will have it delivered, so we can continue to address your plumbing needs.
If we’re unable to finish the job the day it’s scheduled, you’ll receive $50 off the final price of service. Please note that this guarantee only applies to single day jobs and excludes any jobs that require multiple jobs days to complete. We will discuss the time frame of the job before we begin any work.
Our Emergency Service Guarantee
We know that plumbing problems occur when you least expect them and are extremely stressful. We don’t want to leave anyone hanging while they are dealing with a stressful and potentially dangerous plumbing emergency. This is why we offer emergency same-day service available Monday-Friday for calls scheduled prior to 3 pm.
If we are unable to provide you with emergency same-day service, we will reward you with a $25 gift card to a local establishment of your choice as a way of thanking you for considering us, and we hope we can address your needs next time.
